The Welch Lab is recruiting up to 6 new PhD students to start from September 2018 to September 2019. All projects are based on organic materials synthesis and characterization, and maybe some devices. Focus area is Organic Electronics (Solar Cells, OLEDs, OFETs, Printed Electronics). Chad Risko joined us from the University of Kentucky this past week. While we were treated to a great departmental seminar and excellent scientific discussion, Chad enjoyed some of Calgary's finest - freezing temperatures, snow, Old-Style Pilsner, and giant Bison ribs!
